The Balcony's Apple Strawberry Jello
Ingredients: 75ml whisky 60ml apple juice 10ml sugar syrup (Whoa nelly... wait till Angie Mei sees this recipe... She will rip my head off) Two teaspoons apple-flavoured jelly Two teaspoons strawberry-flavoured jelly 150ml hot water
Method: Mix whisky & sugar syrup together. Add 75ml of hot water, then stir and freeze in shot glasses for at least one hour. Mix the strawberry jellywith 75ml hot water, place on top or original mixture taken out from refrigerator & freeze for another hour.
Tip: Garnish with slices of green apple & strawberry (Joseph's Note: OF COURSE FRESH LAH... try eating green strawberries...). A simpler version of this recipe is to exclude the strawberry jelly, mix all the other ingredients together and freeze for at least an hour.
