Drinking fruit n begetable juices regularly may help to delay the onset of Alzheimer's Disease... In my opinion, no matter how much some idiots drink, they are still that bloody self. ANYWAY...
Some "food for thought":
Cranberries - Rich in Vitamins C & K, dietary fibre & maganese, these bright red berries may help prevent & treat urinary tract infections. Cranberries may also fight gum disease & stomach ulcers, & prevent the formulation of kidney stones. They may also help lower bad cholesterol & raise good cholesterol levels.
Grapefruit - This citrus fruit contains pectin, a for of soluble fibre that may guard against the narrowing of arteries. Grapefruit may also lower triglyceride levels, & protect against lung & colon cancer. Also a good source of Vitamins A & C.
Bananas - These also contain pectin, which may which may help normalise movement through the digestive tract & ease constipation. Bananas are one of the best sources of potassium, which may help to regulate blood pressure & boost health bone health.
Watermelon - This is an excellent source of Vitamin A & C. Compared with several fruit, watermelon has a high water content & a low calorie count. It also contains carotenoids such as lycopene & beta-lycopene, which may offer antioxidant & cancer-protective effects.
Papaya - Excellent source of Vitamins C & E, and beta-carotene - three powerful antioxidants that boast anti-inflammatory properties. Papayas also contain a digestive enzyme that may be used to treat sports injuries & allergies.
