Ingredients: 170ml Stolichnaya Vodka 55g Cherry Jello-O 80mg ice 170ml hot water
Method: Add the Cherry Jell-O to the hot water, which should be at boil. Stir vigorously until it dissolves. Add the ice to bring the temperature down & allow the jelly to set faster. Add the vodka & stir until well mixed. Pour into cups & refrigerate for about 2 hours for Jell-O to set.
Tip: For special occasions, wait for the concoction to turn a little firmer - about 30 mins after putting it into the refrigerator- before putting a lychee in each cup for extra texture. Try this with cut strawberries too.
