Ingredients: 150ml Wyborowa Vodka 150ml De Kuyper Butterscotch Shcnapps 3 packs or 270g orange flavoured gelatin mixture 200ml fresh orange juice
Method: Melt the gelatin crystals in a very small amount of very hot water before adding cold orange juice. When the gelatin & juice mixture is slightly cooled, ass the vodka and Schnapps. Sitr & spoon into cups and heave in refrigerator for four hours.
Tip: Too many jello shots tend to be watery & sweet with no distinct flavour. use real fruit juice instead of water in the mixture to give a stronger taste.
Q Bar's jelly shots are served Fridays & Saturdays (whilst stocks last of course) for $10 each. Pina Colada, Peanut Butter & Jelly, & Apple Pie jelly shots are also available, but only 2 flavours are served each weekend.
